Enabling Learning and Belonging in a Shifting Health and Care Landscape. This year’s conference aims to explore how we can enable learning and belonging in practice by: 1. Driving care from acute settings to communities — Involving a wider range of professionals and organisations 2. Capitalising on digital technologies — Supporting education and learning in workplaces 3. Shifting to preventative approaches and population health — Reimagining care through proactive strategies.
