Corporate Wild Work Day: Conservation Day at Rye Harbour Nature Reserve

About
Escape from the office for an abundance of fresh air in a hands-on experience of helping to control invasive non-native species at Rye. Thank you for thinking of Sussex Wildlife Trust for your staff volunteering days. We would be delighted to organise a bespoke session for you and your colleagues through our 'Wild Work Days' environmental team building programme. Conservation Day: Step into nature and help Sussex be a place where people and wildlife can thrive together. Activities will include: cutting down Alexanders, an invasive non-native species of plant, also known as Horse Parsley. This large, bushy biennial plant quickly spreads, particularly in areas along the south coast. Physical conservation work is the main activity of the day whilst learning about the habitat and wildlife within it.
