❄️ Yin Yoga & Sound Journey + live guitar & voice ❄️ In this special Yin Yoga & Sound journey, the asanas focus on the Kidney and Bladder meridians, connected in Chinese medicine to the Water element and the emotions of softness and fear. Through long-held Yin postures, you are invited to surrender, observe, listen, and feel. ✨ Live guitar with lovely singing voice will be played throughout the practice, weaving soothing melodies that support deep relaxation and guide you into a meditative state. 🌀 Tibetan singing bowls, played directly on the body, allow healing vibrations to travel deeply through the tissues and energy system.
