Amity Yoga for Women Relax & Restore Sessions Rejuvenate • Relax • Restore Your Whole Wellbeing Welcome, I’m Wendy Moran, and I’m so pleased to invite you into my peaceful space at Amity Yoga Wellness — a sanctuary devoted to women’s wellbeing, self-care, and gentle restoration. My Relax & Restore Sessions in Rainhill are lovingly created to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. In our busy lives, it’s easy to feel depleted or overwhelmed. These sessions are your time — time to soften, to release, and to nourish your whole being. Each two-hour experience blends flowing and static Hatha yoga movement, mindful breathwork, meditation, and the deeply restorative practice of yoga nidra. Together, we create a calm and supportive environment where you can unwind, restore balance, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and renewed. Whether you are completely new to yoga or have been practising for years, you will be warmly welcomed. I always offer gentle guidance and modifications so you can move in a way that feels right for your body. What to Expect Each two-hour Relax & Restore Session includes: Yoga Asana Gentle flowing and held postures to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance balance — all practised with mindful awareness. Cleansing Breathwork (Pranayama) Simple yet powerful breathing techniques to release tension, refresh your energy, and calm your nervous system. Mindful Breathing & Meditation Space to quieten the mind, deepen inner awareness, and cultivate a sense of grounded calm. Yoga Nidra (Deep Relaxation) A beautifully guided restorative rest to replenish your energy and nurture a deep sense of peace and wellbeing. These sessions are open to all women and all ability levels. Beginners are always welcome.
